Throwback Thursday Lawnscaping Challenge!

One more day until FRIDAY!!!  Who's with me?

Alright, so I feel a little, tiny bit silly and technically challenged at the moment.  I looked up Lawnscaping Challenges on my phone browser, created my PL card, and then went to grab the challenge pic when I got on my computer.  Um, ooooops, yeah, I used an old link on my phone so only succeeded in pulling up an old challenge using pattern paper, lol!  The GOOD thing is that I did keep my creation clean and simple, so I can still enter it in this week's challenge!  Oy vey!

Clean and Simple
I have loved my yeti ever since I met him.  I pulled him out to use after the snow let loose on us last weekend to get another page done in my Project Life/Picture My Life album.  He makes an awfully cute PL card!   I used my lightest blue Copic marker to give him an outline a bit.  I also inked up the sentiment in my Close to My Heart White Daisy pigment ink on the woodgrain paper.  The Cerulean Blue ShinHan Touch Twin Alcohol marker added the perfect color to his earmuffs...

Here is the entire page.  I thought it was clever to take a few screen-shots of my weather as it was happening to kind of "cheat" at journaling, lol.  You can see the crazy pre-blizzard shoppers at Meijer where I picked up some things for a plow survival kit for my hubs, and the "before" picture I took out the front of the house as I headed to bed.

I was so excited just to get more of my year into a book...and if it takes a challenge goof-up to do it, I am in!  ;)  Thanks for taking a peek!  :)
