A Bunch MORE Love for Florence

Earlier this week I showed you three vertical cards I created using the Florence Paper Collection from Close to My Heart...today I am showing you the three horizontal versions!

I had a few odds and ends different sized papers cut and ready to go from this collection, so I just needed to play around with the layouts and add some CS and sequins.

 I adore this ombre striped Zip Strip...

Which pattern paper do you like the most?  I am a huge fan of the wide striped pattern and the typeset paper used in the vertical cards!  :)

A Bunch of Love for Florence

The Florence Paper Packet is only here for a short time longer, so I wanted to be sure and show you the beautiful thank you cards I made with it using the Bunch of Love My Acrylix Stamp set and matching Thin Cuts.

There are even matching Florence sequins!

The flower images are so easy to color with the ShinHan Touch Twin Alcohol Ink markers.  You can easily match them to your papers.

The August Stamp of the month, Purr-fect Halloween, is pretty fun to color too, so don't miss it!

Never Let Anyone Dull Your Sparkle!

Time for a quick update on my move-in!  This one involves some glitter...just sayin'!  ;)

Before we actually KNEW we were definitely moving, a friend of mine gave me a wonderfully thoughtful gift of wall art featuring my FAVORITE saying:  Never Let ANYONE Dull Your Sparkle!
Now, I knew it was going to have to wait until we found our new home to actually install it, and I am NOT good at waiting.  I just barely held out, so as soon as I figured out where my crafty supplies were going to be located in the new place, I applied it to my Craft Cave door! 

Isn't it AMAZING?!?!?!  Absolutely the perfect sentiment for my door...but it totally needed a LITTLE something...hmmmmmm...perhaps a little more BLING!  ;)

I used my retired Oceanside Sequins,Thin Cuts--Hearts, and Sea Glass Glitter Paper to jazz things up.

Now it's definitely home to me!  Thank you SO MUCH, Heidi!!!!  :)

Fundamental Friday is BACK!

You had to know it was coming, so here you go!

So how in the world did I do that??? 

It was SO easy, let me show you how I did it with the "hello" die and my handy dandy Micro-tip Scissors!

I even show you another idea to replace the "o" with the heart frame!

I'm Ba-aaaaaaack!

OH my goodness, does it feel good to sit down and pull up my blogger!  How are you?  I MISSED you like you would NOT believe.  I literally just today finished bringing my crafty toys home to our new house...and I have missed this part of me terribly.  I'm feeling a little bit more whole right now and reaching out while I have the feeling.  Check out my new space before I started to unpack...

How DELICIOUS does that Fundamentals woodgrain paper look!?!  An instant favorite for me.  And with these Thin Cuts slicing right through the glitter paper like buttah, you bet I am a HUGE fan!

A few layers of CS underneath adds some dimension to the cut.

July also means a BIG hello and good-bye for my family.  We are packing up to say good-bye to our home of 12 and a half years and moving on to another place to make our own!  It has been quite the process, but it should all come together FINALLY this month.  If I disappear for any length of time, I promise to be back as soon as I can.  I have absolutely no idea what it will be like to pack up my craft cave and not have access to my favorite hobby, so I hope everything goes quickly and smoothly!
