I'm back a LOT sooner than I thought! Actually, it's probably due to sheer will at this point, hahaha!
I really wanted to share this version of an amazingly simple fancy fold card with you before Christmas rolls around so you can put it to good use if you like. Don't freak out yet--it totally fits in a standard size A2 envelope! ;) (If you missed my Thanksgiving version, head over to THIS POST for a link to the directions and my inspiration.)
Isn't that just the cutest thing?
I used the Thought that Counts My Acrylix stamp set from Close to My Heart. This one has some crazy funny tag sentiments that I know my peeps will enjoy for years, check it out...
The inside of this card easily holds a gift card with a couple of glue dots!
LOVE it!
Never let ANYONE dull your sparkle! Self admitted Cricut fanatic and Shimmer Trim addict. ;)

Lawnscaping Challenges: Off Kilter
Oh my word it has been absolutely FOREVER since I have been able to play along with Lawnscaping Challenges! I could not resist finally jumping back in on this one!
I ADORE the new slider dies from Lawn Fawn!!! Thanks to Kelly's amazing video, I felt completely ready to tackle a slider card for the challenge!
I used my new wave dies to create an off-kilter background for this little guy to slide down!
Alright, I kind of bought out the new releases last month, I guess...but these Make Me Smile faces and sun and cloud frame dies were absolutely necessary, right???
I really HAD to have this little guy to go along with the sliders, but apparently, I already had the otter(Year Five) set! Now I have an accidental back-up, lol! Guess that will come in handy if I need to mass produce otters, lol! ;) It was super easy to color him in with my ShinHan Alcohol Ink Markers.
Isn't the sentiment that comes with the little otter the CUTEST!?
Here are the other supplies I used for this adorable slider...
CTMH Lagoon Exclusive Ink
CTMH Glacier, Lagoon, Black, White Daisy and Honey CS
CTMH Gold Glitter Paper
MCT Stitched Rectangle Dies
Thanks for the great challenge! :)

White Pines Blog Hop Featuring the 12 Days of Christmas!
Welcome back for another blog hop!
My 12 Days of Christmas theme really evolved over the course of laying out just this one page, so let me show you how that happened...I started with my favorite theme--GOLD (5 golden rings) and the White Pines Picture My Life cards! ;)
These gold Picture My Life Pocket Scrapbooking overlays have taken over my scrapbooking lately...they are so much fun!
Do you have just a few pics from an event that you still want to capture? DO IT! These pocket cards make it very doable...even if the pics aren't the BEST quality like mine...I didn't want to lose the memory though.
My partridge in a pear tree is a cute little bird found in the White Pines Complements...
...and the pear is found on the Harvest Wreath My Acrylix stamp set. I had so few pics of my girl for this layout that I had to take up space--and this just happened to fit quite well! I used some patterned paper from the coordinating White Pines Paper Packet for the card too...
Oh my goodness, this was quite the development...I never dreamed I would be turning NOEL into NO teeth! ;)
One simple way to add more pics to your layouts is to use Flip Flaps. I adore these versatile page elements that attach with a strong adhesive directly to your page protector. They are JUST as thick and sturdy as our CTMH page protectors too! They come in all sorts of sizes--I used the 3 x 4 inch pocket to add this fun and interactive detail to my layout. :)
If you are a pocket scrapper, you HAVE to get this awesome Dated My Acrylix Set!
These fantastic journaling cards can be used all on their own or blinged up with almost no extra time...
Next up on this short but sweet Christmas hop is my friend, Kelly! Keep hopping from one blog to the next by clicking the links, or just refer to this list!

Scrapbook Challenges Sketch 454 with Georgie
You might be wondering what happened to Fundamental Friday...well its HERE! It just also happens to be my very first time entering the Scrapbook Challenges Blog! I used their super-fun Sketch 454 along with my Close to My Heart Georgie Papers to create a title page of sorts for my new album.
LOVE the grey chevrons on this pattern from Georgie! The Paper Fundamentals Enchantment pattern in Saffron makes the perfect sunshine cut from the CTMH Cricut Art Philosophy Collection.
Oh my word, I am in love with the gold and silver overlays in the NEW PML Cards! They sure aren't just for pocket pages! My clusters include bits from the Grey Enamel Gems and Gold Glitter Paper...
This sketch was the perfect jump start to my album...and I can't wait to play along again! Thanks, Scrapbook Challenges! :)
