Do you ever get ink where you didn't QUITE mean to when stamping images?  Yeah, me too!  It really can be frustrating, but I have learned that mistakes are often just opportunities to add more bling!  Lol, ok, or just add more of anything...

Take this oops I made, for instance...

I used a Hostess ONLY My Acrylix stamp set for this card--see it here, and enter to win!

I had Black Exclusive Ink on my fingers that of course ended up on my very LAST cloud cut.  Instead of firing up the Explore and cutting out another one, I just added my other embellishments to hide the out of place ink.  :)

What are some of your favorite fixes for misplaced ink?

Makeover Monday!

This is the last week before spring break, and I cannot tell a lie--I am soooooooo ready!

Today I am sharing my envelope makeover for the darling little card I shared with you last week over on THIS POST.  Here is a pic...

Now, here is the made-over coordinating envelope!

I knew it was going to be hand-delivered, so I could do practically anything I wanted to the outside.  I used my Scallop Edge Punch to make a little piece of trim from the floral pattern in the Blossom Paper Packet that debuts next month and added it to the envelope flap.  So easy!  Then I used a hole punch so that I could add my Extra Thick Twine in Glacier (also coming in April!)  I used about half of the thickness to give it a curlier look. 

The March Stamp of the Month from Close to My Heart features four GREAT frame images.  I chose one to frame the front of the envelope where the name will go...

And then I blinged it up, of course!  :)  These sparkly jewels are Pink Glitter Gems.

Picture My Life on Monday

This is going to be a hard week for me personally, so I just want to ask for a few prayers from my friends.  I am fine, but a very dear little friend of mine is not...so my work world is going to be turned upside down for a while.  Thanks for understanding, and for allowing me to ask for the prayers!

I still have lots of sneak peeks of new product ahead, so I hope to be able to get them all shared.  :)

First I need to catch up, and also remind you that some of the Seasonal Expressions 1 products will be disappearing when March ends.  These Hopscotch Picture My Life cards are my FAVORITE thing that is going...
